The following provision shall have the meanings given to them below:

“You” means the client

Availability of Services

Appointments are available six days a week between 09am – 08pm. Bookings can be made by
booking directly online, by phone: 07565677580; or e-mailing: info@beautybynaz.co.uk.

Prices and Policies

When you make a booking payment to a service, we will check the booking status and acknowledge
its acceptance by e-mail.
We will require your full name, contact number and an email address to secure your booking. You
will be send a booking confirmation and any relevant consultation forms via email. Please notify us
of any changes to your contact details.

Payment

Payment is due by the time you make a booking. A 50% non-refundable booking deposit will be
required, with the balance payable on your appointment. All the services are payable by all major
credit and debit cards.

Cancellations

We apply a strict cancellation policy as consideration to our team. Cancellations with less than 24
hours notice or unattended appointments will result in loss of deposit.
Booking deposits may be transferred if re-scheduling your appointment before the 24 hour
cancelation period, or refunded if you are not re-booking. Please allow 7 working days for refunds.

Your Treatment

Please book in advance as possible to reserve your preferred appointment time and to discuss any
special needs or questions you may have with regards to your booking. Before your first treatment
you will be asked for a brief medical history as certain health conditions might be contra-indications
to some treatments.

Your Privacy

At Beauty By Naz we are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and looking after your best
interests. All the personal details are kept in the strictest confidence and are used only for the
purpose of providing you with a safe, efficient and professional service. Data are not shared with any
third-parties. Beauty By Naz UK Ltd is a Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act
1998.

Quality Assurance

All the treatments are carried out by highly qualified and experienced therapist. All are NVQ qualified
and fully insured members of ABT (Association of Beauty Therapist) and FHT (Federation of Holistic
Therapists). Our therapists’ use only leading brands in the industry including Million Dollar, Brazillian
Booty Lift, and AW3 Lazer Hair Removal.
